Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator will lead the marketing strategy of the Bay Pavilions to ensure maximum participation and sales across all programs, services and events. Through careful channel selection and
execution, the Coordinator will maximise revenue opportunities and market the Bay Pavilions as a premier arts and leisure precinct in local, state and national markets.
With oversight of the development of marketing and advertising content, including web design, the Marketing Coordinator will work to ensure the highest quality, consistency and accuracy of content is produced at all times.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Marketing Plan development and execution
• Develop and implement an annual marketing and advertising plan.
• Ensure a multi-channel approach to all marketing activities.
• Maximise participation and ticket sales for all programs, services and events at Bay Pavilions and
the Shire Pools.
• Provide summary reports on all marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Support sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and new
product information.
• Gain an understanding of key areas of the business to develop a strategic targetted market profile
2. Customer communication and channel execution
• Develop and deliver content to promote the programs, services and events offered across Bay
Pavilions and all Shire Pools.
• Manage the publication of content to all channels, including management of the Bay Pavilions and
Shire Pools’ websites.
• Collaboration with the Richmond Football Club’s Marketing, Brand & Communications teams to
develop content, strategy and communication plans.
3. Brand Recognition and Graphic Design
• Manage the brand and brand usage at Bay Pavilions, Moruya and Narooma
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure all collateral and output is on brand
• Create quality graphic design content in line with brand guidelines
• Have good graphic design skills for all media outlet formats
• Develop a range of collateral assets and special event assets
4. Outstanding service delivery to all customers and stakeholders
• Aligned Leisure will be renowned for delivering outstanding service and providing memorable

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
1. Experience in marketing and communications
2. Experience in delivering exceptional customer service
3. Experience in graphic design and content creation
4. Experience in working with various media/promotional outlets
5. Experience in web design (Preferred, but not essential)
6. The position will be subject to relevant pre-employment checks and must maintain a current
working with children check
7. The successful applicant must hold or be willing to attain first aid and CPR qualifications
