Aligned Leisure is a 100% owned subsidiary of the Richmond Football Club, established as a vehicle to manage the operations of Richmond’s health, fitness and leisure business activities. Supported by the people and business systems of the Richmond Football Club, Aligned Leisure currently operates 32 leisure centres, community stadiums, pools, gyms, theatres and other facilities throughout Victoria and New South Wales.

You're the go-to person on shift. Whether it’s ensuring the pool is pristine, helping a family have a great day, or jumping into action when something unexpected happens, you’ve got it covered. This is a role for proactive problem-solvers, confident decision-makers, and passionate people leaders.

We have roles available at Aquatic Sites: Casey ARC, Casey RACE & Doveton pools
And at Stadium sites: Casey Stadium, Endeavour Hills Leisure Centre & Olive Road Sporting complex
Key Responsibilities:
1. Own the Daily Operations
-
Lead regular walkthroughs to ensure everything’s clean, safe, and running smoothly

Keep our facilities immaculate, especially customer-facing spaces
-
Troubleshoot equipment and coordinate prompt repairs
-
Manage setup for programs and liaise with service teams and user groups
-
Lead staff across all areas, making sure service is sharp and seamless
-
Manage rosters, breaks, and communications across shifts
-
Educate and motivate the team to maximise service and sales

Ensure smooth transitions between shifts and complete all checklists and reports
2. Champion Safety for All

Lead by example in OHS and Environmental best practices

Ensure every shift prioritises safety through discussion and action

Manage emergency situations and evacuations as Chief Warden
-
Oversee incident reporting, hazard inspections, and risk assessments
-
Ensure all staff and contractors are inducted, trained, and supported
-
Support injured workers through rehabilitation and return-to-work programs
3. Handle Customer Concerns with Confidence

Resolve issues on the spot and follow through with escalation if needed
-
Follow up on all complaints quickly and thoughtfully
-
Proactively seek and respond to customer feedback
4. Deliver a Service That Stands Out
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current Pool Lifeguard Award. (ONLY For Aquatic facilities)
- Current Defibrillators Certificate
- Working with Children Check.
- Desirable: Pool Operation Certificate.(ONLY For Aquatic facilities)
- Desirable: Previous experience in customer service.
