Aligned Leisure is a 100% owned subsidiary of the Richmond Football Club, established as a vehicle to manage the operations of Richmond’s health, fitness and leisure business activities. Supported by the people and business systems of the Richmond Football Club, Aligned Leisure currently operates 53 leisure centres, community stadiums, pools, gyms, skate parks, gymnastics programs, theatres and other facilities throughout Victoria and New South Wales.

In this role, you’ll lead both the Health Club and Group Fitness teams, driving exceptional member experiences while building a strong, motivated team culture. You’ll play a key role in growing participation, innovating programs and bringing fitness to life both inside and beyond the centre.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and support a team of fitness professionals and instructors to deliver outstanding service
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Health Club and Group Fitness programs
Design and deliver innovative fitness and wellbeing programs that drive engagement
Build strong relationships with members, supporting them to achieve their goals
Drive participation in personal training, small group training, and classes
Plan and deliver community-based fitness initiatives and events
Use data and insights to continuously improve programs and member experience
Ensure a safe, welcoming, and high-quality environment for all
What You Bring
A passion for fitness, people, and community impact
Strong leadership and team development skills
Experience in fitness instruction, personal training, or group fitness
A proactive, energetic approach with a focus on member experience
The ability to balance hands-on delivery with operational responsibilities

Desired Skills and Experience
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
Experience in fitness leadership
Fitness Australia certified
Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness or equivalent
Current First Aid and CPR certificate
Working with Children Check
