Aligned Leisure is a 100% owned subsidiary of the Richmond Football Club, established as a vehicle to manage the operations of Richmond’s health, fitness and leisure business activities. Supported by the people and business systems of the Richmond Football Club, Aligned Leisure currently operates 53 leisure centres, community stadiums, pools, gyms, skate parks, gymnastics programs, theatres and other facilities throughout Victoria and New South Wales.

We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Swim Teachers with at least one year of teaching experience and who hold Infant Qualifications to join our team.
As a Swim Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to infants, ensuring their safety and promoting a positive learning environment. Your main tasks will include:
- Planning and conducting swimming lessons for infants in accordance with the established curriculum
- Providing individualised attention to each child, focusing on their specific needs and abilities
- Ensuring a safe and secure aquatic environment for all participants and communicating with parents/guardians in the water
- Evaluating the progress of each child and providing constructive feedback to parents/guardians
- Maintaining accurate records of attendance, skill development, and any incidents or accidents
- Assisting with the set-up and pack-down of equipment as required
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for teaching and working with children, and hold relevant qualifications including an Infant Teaching licence. A current CPR certificate and Working with Children Check are essential requirements for this role.
