Job Description
We are looking for fitness professionals who can guide and motivate members with personalized workouts, exercise demonstrations, safe equipment use, and ongoing support at our Casey Leisure sites. These include Casey ARC, Casey RACE, and Endeavour Hills Leisure Centre.
As a professional fitness instructor, you will support members' fitness goals by creating tailored, rewarding, and fun fitness plans that boost member retention.
This role offers a rent-free opportunity alongside a paid hourly wage under the Fitness Award Level 4a, providing a unique chance to build and grow your client base without the burden of overhead costs.
You will operate with pride and professionalism, maintaining an immaculate gymnasium while continually educating yourself.
In this multifaceted position:
Gym Floor: Spend time on the gym floor, assisting members with their workouts, providing expert advice, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. You’ll be the go-to person for fitness tips and a source of motivation for our community.
Personal Trainer: Outside of your gym floor hours, you’ll conduct personalized training sessions, helping clients achieve their individual fitness goals. This is your chance to use your expertise and build strong, lasting relationships with those who want to take their fitness journey to the next level.
Group Training Coach: Help lead and run our small group training classes. Whether it’s HIIT, functional fitness, or strength training, you’ll be guiding groups of members through high-energy, results-driven workouts, fostering a sense of teamwork and motivation in every session.
Desired Skills and Experience
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Fitness Registration certified.
• Certificate III and IV in Fitness or equivalent.
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate. (HLTAID003/HLTAID011)
• Working with Children Check.

We are seeking candidates who are available to work evening shifts (after 4:00 PM) on weekdays and Saturday or Sunday (between 7am-8pm), as this availability is highly desirable.
