Job Description
Gymnastics Coaches are responsible for delivering engaging and supportive classes that promote confidence, coordination and skill development in a safe and inclusive environment. Coaches create positive experiences for children and families by building strong relationships and providing high-quality customer service throughout every interaction.
This role involves facilitating classes for a variety of age groups and skill levels, adapting activities to suit individual participant needs and encouraging progression and achievement. Coaches maintain a strong focus on safety, supervision and creating an energetic and welcoming atmosphere that supports participation and retention.
Gymnastics Coaches also assist with class administration, attendance management and communication with families regarding programs and participant progress. The role contributes to fostering a positive team culture and supporting the overall success and growth of the gymnastics program.

Whether you are beginning your coaching journey or looking to further your experience, we will support you in obtaining your Fundamental Gymnastics qualifications and higher-level accreditations. Ongoing mentoring, training and development opportunities are available for coaches who are passionate about continuing to grow and progress within the coaching industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Desired Skills and Experience
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
First aid & CPR
Has or willing to obtain gymnastics Fundamentals qualification and/or higher.
