Job Description

Nillumbik Leisure is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Marketing Coordinator to lead the marketing and promotion of our facilities, programs, services, and events. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact within a community-focused organisation while working alongside a passionate team dedicated to improvingto  health, wellbeing, and community connection.

Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, the Marketing Coordinator will develop and deliver marketing campaigns that drive participation, sales, and engagement across Nillumbik Leisure's diverse offerings.

You will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing digital channels, coordinating advertising campaigns, and ensuring our brand is represented consistently and professionally across all customer touchpoints.

Working closely with facility leaders and the Richmond Football Club Marketing, Brand & Communications team, you'll help showcase the positive impact our facilities have within the community.

This role also includes regular Customer Experience Officer shifts, providing valuable frontline insight and helping ensure our marketing reflects the needs and experiences of our customers.

Desired Skills and Experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing and advertising campaigns across multiple channels
  • Create engaging content for digital, print, social media, websites, and customer communications
  • Manage and maintain website content and digital platforms
  • Promote programs, services, memberships, and events to maximise participation and revenue
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting and recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Richmond Football Club's Marketing, Brand & Communications team
  • Support customer engagement initiatives and community awareness campaigns

You are a highly organised and customer-focused marketing professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering outcomes that make a difference.

You will bring:

  • Experience in marketing and communications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience creating content across a range of marketing channels
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • A proactive and collaborative approach
  • A passion for community engagement and customer experience
  • Web design experience (desirable but not essential)
