Job Description
Bass Coast Leisure is looking for a motivated and experienced Gymnastics Captain to lead our gymnastics program and support the day-to-day operation of our stadium spaces.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with coaches, participants, parents, schools and community groups to deliver safe, engaging and high-quality program. You'll be responsible for coordinating gymnastics classes and stadium bookings while supporting and developing a team of coaches to create positive experiences for our participants.
We're looking for someone who is organised, approachable and passionate about helping people thrive through sport and recreation. If you have experience in gymnastics, children's programs or stadium operations and enjoy leading teams, building relationships and making a positive impact in the community, we'd love to hear from you.

Current First Aid and CPR certification
Gymnastics qualification (or willingness to obtain)
