About Aligned Leisure
Aligned Leisure is a 100% owned subsidiary of the Richmond Football Club, established as a vehicle to manage the operations of Richmond’s health, fitness and leisure business activities. Supported by the people and business systems of the Richmond Football Club, Aligned Leisure currently operates 32 leisure centres, community stadiums, pools, gyms, theatres and other facilities throughout Victoria and New South Wales.

Swim Teachers will be responsible for the delivery of safe, productive, innovative and exceptional swimming lessons by maintaining a solid understanding of the Swim and Survive program, industry developments and the OH&S guidelines applicable to the facility.
Aligned Leisure Swim Teachers will continuously display their ability to communicate and engage effectively with students ensuring students of all abilities, ages and cultural needs receive an outstanding program. They will work relentlessly to engage with all students and parents regularly to maximise member retention opportunities. They will take pride in operating such an important community asset and ensure it is presented immaculately and maintained to the highest standards at all times.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. High calibre of Swim Teaching
2. Daily Swim School operations
3. Outstanding service delivery to all customers and stakeholders
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Swimming and Water Safety Teacher Qualification
• Teacher of Infants and Toddler Qualification (Desirable)
• First Aid and CPR Certificate.
• Working with Children Check.
• Industry experience.
