About Us:

The Islamic College of Sport (ICS) is an independent senior secondary school offering young Muslim students an environment where they can explore their faith and sense of identity while completing a holistic and applied education connected to genuine sports industry and community experiences.

Students at ICS undertake the Victorian Certificate of Education – Vocational Major (VCE VM). Learning within the VCE VM occurs in a holistic and strengths‑based manner, recognising students’ personal strengths, interests, and goals. This approach allows us to design curriculum and learning experiences that are contextual, relevant, and closely aligned with students’ areas of interest.

ICS was established by the Bachar Houli Foundation (BHF), which has supported young Muslim boys and girls since 2012 through engagement programs, employment pathways, talent development, and education initiatives. Building on this success, the Foundation identified an opportunity to further support young people through sport by establishing ICS, creating a unique and meaningful educational experience.

Following the success of ICS in Victoria, the Bachar Houli Foundation established a new senior secondary school in New South Wales in 2026 — Islamic College of Sport New South Wales (ICS NSW).
